International Shipping Charges
PPMAA can provide you with a final shipping charge for any items prior to sale.
Please let us know what items you are interested in purchasing and provide a complete shipping address with your inquiry.
Returns are accepted up to 7 days after original purchase date. In order to initiate a return, simply contact us by email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 269-963-1529 to obtain a RMA# (Return Authorization Number). Put ‘return’ and your order number in the subject line of the email message. All items must have a RMA# and be returned in the same condition as shipped. Any alteration or damage will void any refund. Make sure the returned item is carefully wrapped and please get a tracking number for all return items as we are not responsible for lost items coming back to our store.
Our Refund Policy
We stand behind our products at PPMAA. The customer will be responsible for the full cost associated with shipping the product back to us. We are able to refund the price you paid for the product, but not the shipping costs. All credit card and debit card sales are subject to a 5% restocking fee. Refunds are processed with in 7 business days of the receipt of the merchandise. Please get a tracking number for all return items, as we are not responsible for lost merchandise coming back to our store.
Cancellation & Order Modification Policy
We will do our best to process any cancellation or change requests before your order is sent by our store. However, PPMAA cannot guarantee that any order can be changed or canceled after the order has been placed. If the order has been shipped, or for some other reason we are unable to cancel or modify the order, the customer will be responsible for the full cost associated with shipping the product back to us. Please order carefully, and if you’d like to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. Put ‘cancel’ and your order number in the subject line of the email message.
